Recipients and processors
We use carefully selected service providers that process personal data on our behalf, in particular for the hosting and operation of this website. Data processing agreements are in place with all of them.
There is no disclosure to third parties for advertising purposes. Disclosure to authorities takes place only where we are legally obliged to do so.
Disclosure abroad
Some of the service providers named above process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or — where applicable — on the basis of the adequacy decisions for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in each case supplemented by appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Retention
We retain contact form enquiries and the related correspondence for the duration of processing and thereafter for as long as required for the business relationship or by statutory retention obligations. Enquiries without follow-on business are deleted after 24 months at the latest.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, deletion and data release or portability, as well as the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. An email to hello@rhyframe.com is sufficient for requests of this kind.
Where the GDPR applies, you additionally have the rights set out in Art. 15 to 22 GDPR.
Supervisory authorities: In Switzerland you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Within the scope of the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your place of residence or work.
No obligation to disclose
Providing your data is voluntary. Without the information marked as required in the form, however, we cannot answer your enquiry.
No automated individual decision-making
We do not take decisions with legal consequences for you that are based solely on automated processing of your personal data.
Data security
This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
